By living in a gated community you benefit from the use of communal swimming pools, gardens, parks, and in some cases 24hr onsite security. This is an excellent property option for the elderly, single mothers or those that enjoy swimming regularly but can’t afford a private pool. The residential area of El Chaparral has a nice mix of property types including gated communities, and there are good road links via the CV-905 that takes you to the major AP-7 motorway, and the N-332 dual carriageway that runs along the coast all the way to Valencia. The surrounding Natural Park offers beautiful scenery, an abundance of interesting flora & fauna and various hiking trails. Within the residential area there is a good choice of bars and restaurants as well as local shops and amenities. Kids will love the Flamingo Waterpark that offers various slides, pools, play areas, gardens and a snack kiosk. The city centre is about a 30 minute walk and the main Playa del Cura beach just over 40 minutes.
